It was a long weekend, but well worth the outcome. I love doing things like this for my son. I hope one day he'll think about this stuff and smile.

Another weekend!!

We got our Direc TV in! B is loving it! And of course Eminem is in concert tonight live.....so here we go...LOL..( Good thing B has his own hook up in his room!)

Gil..glad to see you back online..it's always fun to talk to my bud there in Ga now. I guess you're not in Kansas anymore..HAHAHAHA!! I had to say that!

Our office is re-modeled and that was quite a chore. Remind me never to remodel my own place...just having the office done was a headache in itself....however, it looks nice now.

Whatelse?? OH!!! I'm geeting my hair done Monday night...only a trim. I like my longggg darkkk hair too much to have it chopped off. Look for pics! Dark hair..funny..amazing how I would change my hair color to fit someone elses preferences and it was never ME. God, what was I thinking all that time??? It's just not right and sad really. Definitely nowhere to go but up now!
I cannot wait for our trip to Cali this year. Only what?? 4 months away...16 weeks...LOL...Woo hoo!
Oh and I am talking to Big 5 who did my last inkwork..we're going to work on some enhancements around my "licky chicky". MY BODY, my temple..MY DOMAIN!!! And a little pain never hurt! ;)

Whats new??

Lets see...over the weekend I bought new curtains and a satellite system. I was totally disgusted with the cable company raising their rates yet AGAIN, so I cut them off and decided to do with satellite. It was funny, the cable guy said well when it rains your signal will go out and I replied to him, well when it thunders, your cable goes out so whats the difference??? He stood there mute. Yeah, thats what I thought, ass!!! LOL!! Either or, nothing is perfect...so I'll take the difference of 67.00 and put it towards better things, TYVM!!!
The curtains....they look awesome! B came in from school and about had a kitten right there, he was so surprised at the difference. It's wonderful. I'll take pics in the daylight tomorrow and post them to the blog along with B's broken arm and long hair in his eyes...he's trying to look like a member of the rock band, "Click 5"...geez....I NEVER did that when I was a kid!! (**cough cough**)
Oh!!! one more thing....my weekend! It was pretty nice. B went to his dad's and I went out with one of my friends for a bit and NO not drinking!! LOL...Sheesh..thats only a California "thang"..LOL!!

Look who's back!! FINALLY!!

God does it feel great to be back online. I was having serious DT's from not being able to get online....it was horrible!! LOL!!

My update:
Had a tooth pulled which lead to my immunity being down. That lead to a vicious upper respiratory infection which in turn brought on my cellulitis. Can you say DAMN!?!?! I did!!
I was pretty ill for a while, but I am feeling great now and doing just fine.
Let me think..what else???
I'm online...LOL...Um....I am making plans for my summer trip to WHERE ELSE...CALIFORNIA!!
B cannot wait...he's looking forward to seeing Jeremy and Mathew and their exotic pets. We'll see ya in June once B gets out of school and baseball playoffs are over.

Yep..still single...and actually glad. I've been a on a couple of dates. One was nice..just dinner....the other...well lets say I made a new friend **wink wink**..( The best kind of friend actually..LOL)
Noone serious...and I'm looking forward to a possible California dinner date with someone special. We'll see!!
Other than that...nothing new...

WELCOME HOME KRISTY!!! I Missed you, LICKY CHICKY!!! (((HUGS)))

Lets see..SUPERBOWL is here in Detroit this year...the town is going Superbowl nuts. I was hoping to get B down to the NFL Experience at COBO Hall, but Tuesday he fell in gym and broke his right distal radius. In other words he broke his arm above the wrist. So, why go there when it's all interactive and he cannot do anything?? I guess we'll go to the movies this weekend instead. ( We both agree..YUCK!!!! LOL!!)
I also got my facial cellulitis back last weekend and have been working to get it cleared up To look at me, noone know's, I just feel like shit and the meds knock me out and give me joint pain. I told K..after all this crap, I cannot wait to come out to Cali in June and just relax. I look forward to taking B around to show him the sights. K and I think it will be a blast to give her kids and mine a fun filled week.
I was going to Spread my vacation days out and thought I'd be spending them on long weekends and such, but that has completely fell through to my knowledge as of now and I decided to say the hell with it and just go see my firiends of whom I KNOW are golden. Oh well, live and learn, right??? I have a load of pics to put online but I cannot figure out how I can do it only using my work computer...so I guess they'll have to wait for now.

Anyways, thats about it for this week...
